Solution 2: Remote Processing

McCamish provides its expert systems and technical support to companies that prefer to deploy existing administrative personnel but require a system specifically designed for their business, which they can access from any location. Support for remote processing includes: systems implementation consulting, customer call center process training, interfaces, plan conversion and setup, and a help desk.

Solution 3: Software License

License agreements are available to companies that want to purchase their own software application. Such agreements can include: transitional planning, implementation consulting services, conversion services, custom programming services, plan conversion and setup, training and a help desk. Provisions necessary for acceptance and installation, customization upgrades, maintenance, etc., are negotiable.
