McCamish Systems Appoints
Sharon A. Hamby Vice President
of Business Process Outsourcing

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 9, 2002--McCamish Systems is pleased to announce that Sharon A. Hamby has been appointed Vice President of Business Process Outsourcing effective August 26, 2002.

Ms. Hamby has responsibility over the Business Process Outsourcing unit which provides full service administration for the life insurance and non-qualified deferred compensation plan markets.

Ms. Hamby joins McCamish after 25 years with American International Group (AIG). Immediately prior to joining McCamish, she held the position of Assistant Vice President, Ordinary Underwriting Transition Team in which she played a key role in transitioning AIG into the operations of newly acquired American General. Her previous appointments with AIG were as Assistant Vice President of Automated Application Processing and Assistant Vice President of Technology and Process Improvement.

Ms. Hamby maintains her Series 6 and Series 63 Registered Representative licenses in addition to sustaining multiple insurance and financial services designations such as FLMI, CLU and ChFC. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Wilmington College in Delaware and was an Associate Professor in the Insurance and Financial Service Development Program at the University of Delaware.
